Our garments are designed in a single, versatile one-size fit. Each piece features a relaxed, slightly loose silhouette that drapes naturally and comfortably on the body. Our one-size design is suitable for individuals approximately:

• 90–170 lbs (40–77 kg)

• With a variety of body shapes and proportions

The soft mulberry silk fabric flows beautifully and adapts to different figures without feeling restrictive. Fit styles include: 

• Relaxed, breathable, and easy to move in

• Gentle drape with natural elegance

• Suitable for everyday wear or special occasions

Shipping Fee

All orders include a flat $10 shipping fee within the United States. This fee covers packaging, handling, and tracked delivery to ensure your garment arrives safely.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

We ship using standard tracked delivery (USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on destination).

Delivery times may vary slightly based on location, weather, or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your package’s progress at any time.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for:

• Packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer

• Delays caused by the carrier

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (for damage)

• Contact us if your tracking shows no delivery after a reasonable delay

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

International Shipping

We currently ship only within the United States.

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item meets ALL of the following conditions:

• The garment is unworn, unwashed, and unused

• All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact

• The item is in resellable condition, free from perfumes, stains, makeup, or damage

• You contact us within the return window with your order number

Items not meeting these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Items Not Eligible for Return

To protect hygiene, fairness, and product integrity, the following items are non-returnable:

• Items marked Final Sale

• Any garment that has been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer

• Custom or personalized pieces

• Items without original tags or packaging

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

• Wildvoid Outfit is not responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status.

If approved:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

• Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days after approval

• Shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

• A damaged item

• A defective item

• The wrong product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Photos of the issue

• Your order number

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

Because each garment is unique and available in limited quantity, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.

Non-Delivery / Lost Packages

If your package never arrives:

• We will investigate with the carrier

• If confirmed lost, you will receive a full refund or replacement
